Trying to upload an attachment

I have an E-Book I'm trying to attach so that any members can grab a copy if they want one. I can't seem to find the way to upload the PDF file.

How is it done?

    I have zenyatta pictures but i can't seem to figure out the uploading deal either

    well just hit reply and not quick reply then you can go to insert image for your pictures of zenyatta and for you camptown just click on the paperclip for attachments...but thats only on reply not quick reply

    It still won't let me. Clicking the paperclip just opens manage attachments and tells me I don't have any. I looked for an option to add one but didn't see any.

    I will just post this link. I'm pretty sure it will just open the PDF file from my site and allow you to save a copy on your computer if you'd like one.
