RIP Dixie Union :peace:

"Multiple grade I winner and successful sire Dixie Union was euthanized July 14 at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital because of a deteriorating neurologic problem. The 13-year-old stallion stood at William S. Farish’s Lane’s End Farm near Versailles, Ky."

    Wow, that sucks. He was a good racehorse, and turning into a very good sire as well. The impressive Baffert colt i mentioned on Saturday (Z Z Warrior) is a Dixie Union.
