i was reading on the Del Mar site an saw 2010 Del Mar Handicapping Challenge Contest i might enter for fun :toast:
any1 else gonna join ? ,well i see the benefit of this with the PP's one gets for the races,the experience one gains on the handicapping stage,
members of NHC Tour get prizes but one can join for free an play for fun.,NHC Tour or to join, see The NTRA's Website.

    You don't need to be a member of the NHC tour, as far as i can tell. First prize is a trip to Vegas and an entry in the contest, including airfare and hotel. Pretty sweet, especially when it's free to enter.

    I remember a few years back when NYRA use to run a survivor pool for the NY circuit. It was a $10 entry fee and all you had to do was pick a horse each day to finish in the money.

    i entered for kicks last year and had a shot to win it needed a 37 to 1 shot to come in on the last day in my last selection my horse opened up 2 at the top of the lane and i saw vegas in my mind but all for naught he faded and finished 4th but man what a rush!!!
