Three races off the turf

Just talked with Charlie Fay outside Saratoga Racetrack's clubhouse gate. He's always there each summer. Races five, seven and ten are off the turf. The first and eighth races remain on turf. The first has gone from inner to outer. The track most likely will be "good" to begin the day. According to radar a big storm could hit the spa around 4 p.m. But having lived there for years those things are tough to predict. The temperature is 78 and humid.
