    LOUISVILLE, Ky. (November 1, 2010) -- Tuesday’s Post Position Draw for the Breeders’ Cup World Championships will be streamed live on breederscup360.com, beginning at 1 p.m. ET from Churchill Downs. ESPN’s Joe Tessitore will host the post position draw program, which will include the morning line on all 14 races.
