Not exactly sure, but a good place to start is through Rood & Riddle in Lexington, KY, which is the equivalent to the Mayo Clinic for horses. Someone there could probably refer you to a certain vitamin/medicine and then you could search the web for a good price.
Just thought of another person who I have communicated with over the internet when I was researching bone chips and breathing problems. His Name escapes me , but you can google vets in Great Britain and his name will come up as he has published numerous articles on health care for thoughbred horses. You should probably google horse veternarians in England.
