Belmont - Race 7

#7 Silver Edition (12/1 ml)

Excellent value here. This horse won super-impressively first time out for Lukas, who rarely wins with that type these days. He also caught a notable amount of early money (vs. an extremely tough foe in Immortal Eyes), indicating that he's very highly-regarded. What i really like about this horse is that he finished off the race with 3/16th's in a blazing-fast 17 seconds. That bodes extremely well for his abililty to get the mile here, and there'll be no shortage of speed in front of him. Tough group, but this horse is a very solid contender at a big price.

Keeneland - Race 7

#6 Lady of Venice (5/2 ml)

This filly is 2-for-2 at Keeneland, and is extrremely tough to beat at this mile distance due to her brilliant turn of foot. Gets lots of speed in front of her today, and looks solid.

Santa Anita - Race 6

#9 Sir Lowry (7/2 ml)

Well-regarded maiden turfer for Frankel has been unlucky thus far, running into a couple of very good animals in Patch of Blue and Push Send (both trained by Mandella). Continues to train sharply, and is clearly the most likely winner here.

Santa Anita - Race 8

#5 Kalookan Year (5/2 ml)

Impressive maiden winner turns back to a sprint here after an awful try going two turns vs. stakes company. Has been training exceptionally well since the loss, and looks no worse for wear. Should run very well today.

HRT record:

34 for 118 (29%)

$308.30 mutuels ($9.07 avg)

Lady of Venice was just not in the race at all today! Silver Edition was back peddling to last I believe...tough first tow.
