    Guess:

    1) girlie's TWO rabbits didn't make the trip
    or
    2) there weren't any American jocks to make premature moves in the race and collapse it for her

So, let me get this straight, you are attributing Goldikova's success in this country to "American jocks making premature moves and collapsing the race for her."

    Okayyyyyyyy.

    Exactly.
She got a once in a lifetime drafting setup (and a multi-move race) when she beat Kip Deville.
She got a ridiculous PREMATURE run by Gomez on Courageous Cat the next year.
Her only GENUINE run was last year.

Notice you decided not to comment on her MULTIPLE RABBITS in Europe.

I'm not so sure "multiple rabbits" can make you that good. Seems like she has a little talent, but I don't know much about racing.

Goldikova (a filly, btw) has dominated the top European milers for quite a while now. Every once in a while she gets knocked off (due to the sheer abundance of top-level grass talent over there), but it doesn't happen often.
