2 year old fillies going 6 f on the grass. Wide open event where you have a chance to hit a good one with established connections. The 1-1A Mott entry will be the fav, but going to try to beat him because Mott does not win first out very often.

#3 CAT GIRL, 6-1
Dogwood Stable fillie is bred to love the weeds. Storm Cat, Blushing Groom and Rahy in bloodline. Paid over $160k for this beautiful chestnut and she has been wanting to please her connections since day one. Fitness is not an issue as she worked all winter in Aiken before shipping up to NY for her debut. In the capable hands of longtime Dogwood Trainer Frank Alexander, who doesn't get many Dogwood horses these days, ( Pletcher & Weaver), but gets his pick of the ones he wants. Gets good jock Rajiv Maragh who know how to get one out of the gate quickly. Connections would be shocked if she fails to hit the board.

#5 ISRA, 5-1
Firster has a string of very good works and gets Ramon.

#7 WILD AND WINDBLOWN, 8-1
Fit as a fiddle as she has works going back to March. Johnny takes the mount for Bill Badgett firster and you all know what that means.

W/P/S #3
Exacta Box 3--5--7

GOOD LUCK!

I threw out the Mott entry and 1-a sct leaving the #1 who had a race at CD Derby week and showed nothing! She wires the field 2nd time out and the race ran 1--5--3. We should put #3 cat Girl & #5 Isra in our horses to watch list as 2yo fillies as they ran very well first out and will be a force next out!
