Gigantic performance by War Element in the 1st @ Del Mar today. Big-time future for this guy if he can stay healthy (he's a 4yo gelding, making only his second career start.)

    just watched the replay and he just powered away...solid mile 1.35 and last 1/8 in 11 and change...trainer really gives her horses time....
