Firster trained by protective type Helen Pitts. #3 NIGHT DANCE, 6-1. $150k Keeneland Sept 2010 purchase out of Street Sense and a Giant's Causeway mare. String of solid works at CD leading up to her first start. Connections wanted to ship to Spa but Pitts was hellbent on keeping her home and looking for an easier spot, which she gets today.
This one is said to be physically a beautiful animal who looks to be special. Has not been asked for shit in any of her works and has pulled the exercise rider around the CD oval under stout restraint. All she needs today is a clean break and she should run away from these with ease.
Look for this young fillie to be transferred from Pitts to a big name trainer by end of the year, or sooner. Corie Lanerie comes over to ride her today, his only mount on the card. Post time odds of 7/2 is realistic!
