Race 1
1) Terminus is up in class out of jail trying fast dirt for the first time. Pass.
2) Goodtime Boy drops below the level where a NY bred against open company gets the purse boost. Is also off a layoff. Too many negatives.
3) Coyote Canyon is proof that it's almost impossible to take from William Bret Calhoun.
4) Hooked On Dance is another NYer dropping suspiciously. Does have speed though and is a contender if right.
5) Tap Chap makes first start on real dirt as well as for Bruce Levine. A pure guess.
6) Howie The Cat is yet another NY bred racing below the bonus price. Passing on him too.
7) Johnny Jade steps way up with a negative trainer change. Out.
8) Thomas Hill broke maiden and was claimed. Chance to repeat in bad field.
Contenders: 1,5,8

Race 2
1) Westside Singer chased outside in last. Drops and draws the rail. Big shot.
2) Nolita comes from same race and had the lead and the rail and spit it out. Drops again in second off long layoff. Don't like her at all.
3) Champaine Lady desperately needs class relief.
4) Frothy Market turns back and drops and should be a late factor at a huge price.
6) Jen's Angel is in for a tag for the first time and has speed. Look out.
7) Bellarella wasn't as bad as the last line looks and now drops $25,000 below claim price. Hard to like.
8) Freud's Dream is ambitiously placed.
Contenders: 1,4,6,7

Race 3
2) Merlin Bay surprised back to back and now takes significant class hike. Needs perfect trip.
3) The Roundhouse fits here and will be coming if there's a pace to close into.
4) Almighty Silver paid immediate dividends off the claim and now wheels right back in aggressive spot.
1) Marquet Rebel didn't have to be in the new barn long before throwing in a hideous effort.
5) Call Tiger is cheap with no speed.
1A) Unbridled Danger drops back to level of convincing win 2 back. Ultra dangerous.
6) Brendan's Warrior is cheap and lacks any kind of early lick. Pass.
7) Prince Dubai was crushed by Unbridled Danger in last. Barn having best meet they've had in years but shouldn't be a factor with the outside draw.
8) Thundering Roar could be the worst horse on the entire card.
Contenders: 1A

Race 4
1) Sportswriter gets big barn change and may show huge improvement while fresh as a daisy.
2) Brass Note takes huge class hike off perfect trip maiden win. No chance here.
3) Shane Roars showed good speed and checked late while already tiring. Expecting the rail to show speed today which would hurt this ones chances.
4) Cat Paws ships up from Mountaineer for Suffolk based trainer. Must think they have the goods to make the trip.
5) Ganador is back in with own kind and has never run a bad one. 8/1 morning line is ridiculous.
6) Think I'm Hooked is working like a maniac in return with some nice races to his credit. The one to beat.
7) Bizarrow World beat some of these but dq;d in last. Beatable favorite with the wide draw.
8) Half Nelson was laid up off maiden win and now returns against much better with a wide draw. Pass.
9) Little Dale adds blinkers but there's too much speed inside. Maybe next time.
Contenders: 1,4,5,6 pressing the 6

Race 5
1) L C Sleepy steps way up off the Englehart claim but trainer chance may be enough to augment the class hike.
2) Same Old Wish steps way up off the claim from one great trainer to another. Needs to improve.
3) Lindell A. C. has good speed and staying power when loose. Dangerous if left alone.
4) Cat Sweep failed to fire with perfect trip in last and see no reason for a turnaround today.
5) Thisskysabeauty is out for Andrew Lakeman. Nice to see him back off career ending injury and hope he succeeds as a trainer.
6) Living Right drops way down with back lines on fast tracks that match up well with these.
7) Washington's Rules was bet like a dead piece last time and ran right to that. Major class relief today and could improve a ton.
Contenders: 1,6,7

Race 6
1) Supsa moves way up off a layoff for a barn I strongly dislike.
2) Carolines Starlite turns back on ship in for hottest barn on the grounds. Big shot for barn that their majority of winners have been those first time over the track.
3) Sunset Sally drops off mud flop albeit with trouble. Beat the boys two back and may have enough speed to clear. Maybe.
4) Full Of Intent drops way down turning back off horrible trip. Big shot if in it turning for home.
5) Caps Lady is another Repole disaster. No shot with huge class hike.
6) My Viva Loca is totally ridiculous.
7) King Of The Disco takes much needed class drop but is just too slow.
Contenders: 2,4

Race 7
1) Indian Burn has had many chances at this level and almost always gets a slice. May get perfect trip from the rail.
2) Coco Ecolo has blown clear leads several times and see no reason for her not to spit it out again.
3) Taconic Victory is slow with a bad trainer.
4) Emily Allstar is a stone closer with a chance if race collapses.
5) Oh So Bella adds more speed to the mix if nothing else.
6) Bahia Beach moves way up upon shipping from Charles Town. Ambitiously placed.
7) Kittylicious is slow for worst trainer in the game.
8) Great Gracie Dane is a maiden on fast ground and see no reason for that to change.
9) Flask draws wide with little ability. Pass.
Contenders: 1,4

Race 8
1) Hard Mystery is the speed from the rail but comes off the adjunct lasix and is suspect on ability anyway.
2) Mill Branch Millie stretches out as a fast track maiden. Without me.
3) Peace Preserver tries dirt off a layoff.
4) Bourbonstreetgirl meets weaker after brutal trip in the Busanda. No speed but is a late factor if in the mood.
5) Love Contract ships in from Philly and they bring the rider along. Wire to wire threat.
6) Lion Alexandra up in class out of jail getting huge trainer change. Big shot.
Contenders: 4,5,6

Race 9
1) Wise Choice would need a miracle.
2) Crafty N P is a pace factor only.
3) Ginger Snapit was tremendous last time and anything similar to that effort would be enough but that's a big if for erratic barn.
4) Little Larky is a closing sprinter stretching for cold barn.
5) Sasta Go Lucky was competitive at this level off the claim but is still a longshot.
6) Aptphilly finds himself chasing again. Watch for next time.
7) Easy Ending will be heavily bet off the rider switch and has a shot but passing at a short price.
8) Tapaline stretches out with an outside draw and distance limitations. A horse for replays.
9) Downtown Hottie has been competitive at this level in better fields. Big chance for low percentage barn.
Contenders: 3,7,9
