Race 1- 3) Victoria Pool is in for half of what she was paid for which before the slot machines, would have been an issue. With the huge purse increase, if she wins and gets claimed, they'll collect $23,100. She is clearly the inside speed and may just get brave if left alone.
Race 2- 2) Smokin Candy turns back while going for a tag for the first time and should pack a powerful closing punch and is inside all of his competition.
Race 3- 5) Pelican Lake should work out a good trip behind Miss Tequila and Stephanie Jayne and reserve enough to hold off the late runners. Nice price.
Race 4- 2) Roman Renegade should take advantage of a fast pace by horses that come back on their own. Need only stave off Say Toba Sandy to get long overdue trainer to get off the schneid.
Race 5- 6) Lunchwithgodzilla chased outside in much tougher field and should prove just a bit too much for these and price will reflect that.
Race 6- 1,3,6,7,9 are all contenders in extremely competitive race.
Race 7- 1) Sun Dance Moon turns back with a class drop into a field loaded with early speed. Solid entry.
Race 8- Socialsaul is the speed from the rail but can rate if necessary. Routine choice.
Race 9- 1) Karakorum Mirage returns with lasix and a drop in for a tag. Mate, 1A) Blushing Karakorum also drops in second lifetime start and while I prefer the former, the latter will do just fine.
