He has to be the worst handicapper that sounds like he knows what he's talking about in the world.
1 minute to post for race 6 at Aqueduct. I love Rudy here and he makes some ridiculous statement about his numbers off the change. He didn't sat that Rudy is like 90% when he moves them up out of jail.
Andy likes the 3 here who according to me needs a head start to hit the board.
