Lately, every time I seem to like a horse a lot, it rains.
Not one person picks Freedom Writer first, second, third, fourth, or fifth and I think he lays over this field.
He has just as much chance of liking it wet than not but that is sure a major fly in the ointment.
There's a shot the track may still be fast but we'll see.
If wet though, I'll pass and hope he runs last and bet him next time/

I like a horse @ Aqueduct today also, and noticed that they're calling for a 90% chance of light rain today. How do you really know if it will help or hurt though?

FWIW, regarding Freedom Writer, i would be encouraged that he has Notebook on the bottom side of the pedigree, as that one is a rather prolific mud influence, i think. Probably the reason for the lofty 404 mud number.

I don't know. But if the track were fast and the horse ran badly, it's a loss.
He's 50/50 in the wet and I don't like to guess.

Again, just for what it's worth, my horse @ Aqueduct won today (Srumdiddlyumptious in Race 3).

PS - Looks like the inside of the track is where you want to be, particularly in the stretch.

I passed and hope to be able to bet Freedom Writer back on a fast track.
