9th Race - Keeneland - Saturday, April 21st, 2012
STAKES. 1 1/16 Mile Dirt. Purse $200,000. Coolmore Lexington S. (Grade 3). FOR THREE YEAR OLDS. By subscription of $150 each, which should accompany the nomination or by Supplementary Nomination of $15,000 at time of entry (includes entry and starting fees). $1,500 to enter and an additional $1,500 to start, with $200,000 guaranteed, of which $120,000 to the owner of the winner, $40,000 to second, $20,000 to third, $10,000 to fourth, $6,000 to fifth and $4,000 to be divided equally among sixth through last. Weight: 123 lbs. Non-winners of a Grade I or II stakes at a mile orover allowed 3 lbs.; $60,000 at a mile or over or two races at a mile or over other than maiden or claiming in 2012, 5 lbs. The maximum number of starters for the Coolmore Lexington will be limited to fourteen. In the event that more than fourteen passs the entry box, the fourteen starters will be determined at that time with preference given to graded stakes winners (in order I-II-III), then highest earnings. Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. Keeneland will present a trophy cup to the owner of the winner. Closed Wednedsay, April 11, 2012 with 49 nominations.     Came across some very interesting info here. The undefeated Clement shipper Summer Front is coming into this race off two straight heads-up drills with an unraced horse named Lumineuse. Let's hope he looks real good today............ :lipssealed:

    saw the long shot in this one bet him and he paided 134.20 dollars for the win cleared cool 2grand thanks as i looked at it closer seemed to setup a speed duel was going to unfold and sure enough my long shot sweept down the lane to take it . I wouldnt have considered it before looking at your choices then i kinda figured what the f and went with the 9 horse
