I don't think anyone here forgot. I preferred Creative Cause all along, and I'll Have Another "beating him" by a scant nose last time out didn't affect that opinion. I also wasn't real enthused about the 19-hole for I'll Have Another, especially with a young rider who was making his first-ever start in the Derby. Things tend to get pretty hairy out there, and it helps to have an experienced rider on board in that race.

I hated the horse. I used 8 ponies on top of my tri wagers and didn't use I'll Have Another. For me, the big problem was the gappiness of his races. He won as a longshot and they gave him 9 weeks to the Santa Anita Derby and I figured he would bounce off of only four weeks subsequent rest. I can't stand betting on these three year old triple crown races. I should stick to older horses.
