Random plays based, in part, on a track which was not kind to real fast fractions, and a couple coming back after time off who have showed talent in past, and some info from connections, and finally, just my thoughts, although I'm tempted to just play Rosie & Johnny!.

Monmouth 9th---#4 Rage of Aquarius, 5-1

Pimlico 9th---James Murphy Stakes--$100k 3yo one mile turf
#9 Hammers Terror, 8-1
C Nak jumps ship to get on this one. Good of chance as any in a wide open race?

Pimlico 10th---Allaire DuPont Distaff G III F&M 3up $100k 1 1/16
#2 Absinthe Minded does not merit 8/5 favortism, but can't leave her out.
#8 Love and Pride, 6-1, has top connections and been waiting on this race.
#9 Pinch Pie, 10-1, maybe a top play of the day. Tony Dutrow/Javier Castellano=Bargain!

Pimlico 11th---Dixie Stakes G II $300k 3yo & up 1 1/8 Turf
#9 Air Support, 6-1, Shug's been waiting a long time to get this one back to the graded races. She comes in for this one in top shape for Blue Blood connections and get Leparoux for a well-timed ride and a WIN!
#3 Hudson Steele, 9/2, has a good shot, as does
#11 Casino Host, 5-1, but both should be left in the wake of Air Support!

Pimlico 12th---Preakness Stakes 1 million GI 3yo 1 3/16
Everyone has an opinion, and I'm no different. The big Q is whether Bodemeiter can carry his speed? Yesterday's Black Eyed Susan saw Mamma Kimbo fold up late, and Bode comes into this race off the same pattern of lightly raced horses. The way I see it, you either use him or lose him, and I'll chose the later.
#9 I'll Have Another, 5/2, O'Neil's comments about his breathing have stuck in my head and I can't overlook his ability to get it on late. Can you say 150,000 people at Belmont in 3 weeks?

#5 Went The Day Well, 6-1, is very good, but IMO just does not have that desire of IHA
#6 Creative Cause, 6-1, ditto the above on #5

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
