Race 1- 1) Alison's Wyn has been a different horse since the claim. Ships into NY for the first time to race for the big money against his own kind and will take these as far as he can from the rail.
Race 2- 6) Cybertron makes second start at this level and appears to have these over a barrel and should dominate from the getgo.
Race 3- 5) Lemon Tiger is a true blue turf horse with clearly the most consistency and while never getting respect at the windows, runs her race every time and is always in the thick of it late.
Race 4- 1) Covert Ops has had one excuse after another and is now in for a tag. When a Phipps runner is in for a tag for the first time, the win percentage has to be over 90 %. Look out!!
3) Secret Shifters adds blinkers while working well and finds a now or never spot.
7) Z Vilna drops like a menopausal woman's breasts and will be overbet and possibly, rightfully so.
Race 5- Corpse cold exacta box here pressing Crypto Kitten on top.
5) Crypto Kitten has never run poorly on turf. Will be tight as a drum in third off the layoff. Barn firing on all cylinders which just makes this one a super solid favorite.
1) Hlao Roo draws the hedge with a strong late run. Likely not to get to the choice but has talent and the hedge draw increases appeal. Cold number.
Race 6- 2 horse race here and they're both prices.
7) El Corriente is the lone speed and draws into a spot where they will let him go expecting him to fold and will find themselves in for a rude awakening.
8) Stephen's Revenge has done nothing but excel on firm footing. Gets that scenario today and is arguably the most talented here by far. Love this race.
Race 7- Using 3 here. 2) Smokin Alice goes turf to dirt in great form and should be making first run at the speed from the cozy inside draw.
4) McCarren Park is a super nice sprinter who can't lose if able to shake loose. Not a likely scenario but love that he can survive abuse. One of the ones.
7) Catalonia is protected out of jail for barn that is best known for old school sportsmanship, patience, and the ability to get an animal to their original expectations.
10/1 morning line isn't likely to be seen again.
Race 8- 3) Nonno's Boy is clearly the inside speed and classiest in spite of just one turf try. Bad field and right setup.
2) Departures figures to yield and sit capping a Yonkers Raceway lineup.
Race 9- 1) Smart Stride hated the wet in last and now gets fast footing where she was racing well for the diseased Jacobson. Could be any kind now in for a real barn and other half just makes this entry not only impossible to bet against, but to even consider saving with someone else.
Race 10- 4) Magic Middleton finds a spot where he'll be embarrassed not to break maiden. Hate Repole and barn is in a coma. Still looks like the one to beat.
Using one other and that is 1) The Wiley Vet who has shown good sprint speed on dirt, a style that works well with a switch to grass. Down the road from the pole as far as possible and price will be terrific.
