Two year old baby race at Indiana Downs--Race 5, 6:35 EDT--5 f--$34k purse

My trackside connections at Keeneland put me on to a good one. Small time Kentucky trainer John Dyer has been knocking around for over 20 years, with a 10 year break in between when he was not training, nevertheless he has some good ones this year and he is hitting the board in 6 of 9 in 2012. He has two(2) going today and either one is a win contender.

#2 Count On Silver, 3-1
Ran well back of Special Jo in last at CD, but was hit pretty good in the process, and nobody was going to catch Special Jo in that race. PG put him out in a post and he ran up to his hype. However, his stablemate is the one getting all the talk.

#2b Sir Squire, 3-1
2yo son of Arch has been lighting up the track over at Keeneland. Trackside folks say he is blazing fast and looks like a big time athlete. Too bad he is part of an entry or we would get 6-1 or better. Marcelino Pedroza is named on both parts of the entry, so we may get a sct-or both may run with a new jockey announced. Either way, win contender!

Playing a win wager and exotics as follows:

#1-poe-5-1
Ready Set Whoa, 5-1, has some experience and could show some speed.

#3 Bluegale, 7/2, Tom Amoss firster has ordinary works and draws the dreadded 1 hole in his debut. Probably wants more ground too, but he could show up late for exotics.

#7 Skilltopaythebills, 4-1, W2W's girlfriend, Carol Cedeno, gets the return mount here and this one really improved when he left CD and came to Indiana Downs.

Ex-Tri-Super Key 2---1/3/7

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

Scratches are out and #2 Sir Squire is out. So is #1 Ready Set Whoa. Changes everything.

Still #2 to win and key with 2---3/5/7
