The owner of the winner to receive $300,000, $100,000 to second, $50,000 to third, $30,000 to fourth, $15,000 to fifth and $5,000 to sixth through last. Three-Year-Olds: 116 lbs.; Older: 123 lbs. Non-winners of a Grade I Stake since November 1, 2011 allowed 3 lbs.; Non-winners of a Grade II Stake in 2012, 5 lbs. The winning owner to receive a trophy.
