Arlington Question? Cisco Torres

What is the deal with Cisco Torres? I can find no info on a injury, yet he has only one mount scheduled today. That mount popped up on my stable alert, in the 7th, #11 Rex's Ryan, for Louie Rousseou, or is it Ryan's Rex,? And obviously I can't spell Louie's last name either. BTW, today is the Thursday Arlington Let 8 Ride contest. I haven't gotten past the first leg yet but for $8 it is cheap entertainment!
