HASKELL. Thoughts

Looking over the field.

1-Nonios. -first dirt try after 5 synthetic races. C.Nakatani in for he ride
2-Dullahan-Kent D. back in the saddle again. Not sure what happened to him in the Belmont. Will get a nice pace to run into.
3- Paynter- race a great race in the Belmont. Smith off,Bejarano up.
4- Gemolgist- Pletchers "B" string horse.Castellano stays with the horse.
5- Handsome Mike-Team O'Neil back again. Can lightning strike twice?
6-Stealcase-Will atleast earn 10K for 6 th.

Looks like a two horse race Paynter and Dullahan. If Paynter is allowed an easy lead, then game over. I still think Dullahan wins the race. To me it's a very weak race.

    I like Dullahan to win, as well, followed by Paynter and Gemologist

    Paynter wires the field.... If Bode would have been here who the heck was gonna beat him ....nobody. I'll Have Another is gone so now it's Bode's year. He's a freak I see him Horse of the Year if he can get back to racing.

    Nothing to do with anything really, but i noticed that Gemologist's recent bullet dril came heads-up with the Asmussen stakes horse Dominus. Looks like Dominus has been transferred to Pletcher.

    Dullahan is just a dud, let's find a turf race soon. Or back on the SYN!!
