Bought by "The Guy" and Paul Boghossian (a notoriously cheap businessman, who makes a fortune through government contracts).

TVG reporting it's an all out war. Horse was taken with guards at night. Rafael wanted to ride and was TOSSED. This is ugly, as the Santa Anita CEO ("The Guy") doesn't want a rift with Bobby B, who is known to go off the deep end.

they said the trainer told RB agent that he still had the mount but them the owners stepped up and said no we want victor...all I know bb had almost 6 horses pointing to the pacific classic and now he has only 1..
