Quarterhorse Angle To Try/follow

Not in the scope of my normal wagering, but interesting none the Les (Onaka). As many of you know Ed Burgart and Les Onaka are two of the sharpest quarterhorse handicappers out there. They are also very genuine (Ed for sure). In addition, Los Alamitos features some of the best pools in ALL of night racing.
Every night Ed and Les they give out their PICK-4's on TVG, offering a small and large play each. Their "Deep Pockets" play is my focus, and I combine the two tickets. (I go ALL if it ends up ALL but one, because I hate that) It usually falls in the $150-200 range for a dollar.
I would love to post these for a month or two (they only race three days a week), and see if we're onto something. From my small (and usually drunken) sample I think this might have a chance.
I know they had a winning night tonight. Should we include or start next week?

(This one was a a little screwy, but they had very different opinions. To be honest, on my play i singled the 3/5 in the first leg (who crushed - I didn't hit regardless.) Maybe a dollar limit would have to be set on the play, because it shows the two tickets are more similar, and likely stronger opinions. However, the pools (often 100k plus) might justify larger plays.
Lets give it a shot. If anyone has interest feel free to jump in, even giving results if you decide to make any plays.
TOTAL DAY 1: 9/15
WAGER: $1120
RETURN: $856.50
BALANCE: -263.50
I bet a pick 4 with 2 singles tonight and lost money:
Los Alamitos 6 $1.00 P4 5 / 1,2,3,4,5,6 / 6 / 1,2,3,4,5,6 $36.00 $28.20
Laughable at best.
Their combined tickets both cashed tonight. I hit the late one:
Los Alamitos 6 $1.00 P4 1,3,4,6 / 1,2,5 / 2,4,5 / 1,2,4,5 $144.00 $277.30
Again, it's just hard to track.
Los Alamitos 1 $1.00 P4 1,2,3,6 / 1,3 / 1,5,6 / 1,3,5,6,7 $120.00 $882.40
It certainly calls for some drinks. Happy St. Patty's Everyone.
