Race 1- Silver Prize gets sneaky positive barn change that had done nothing wrong until I jumped on the bandwagon. One chance for this one as he sports rider who earned two place finishes at huge prices for this unknown trainer and lone turf start last year was more than good enough.
Race 2- 4) Brassy Ego has had spaces between both races but kinks appear to be ironed out for barn that finally had a winner recently.
Need only get the best of 5) Western Grit who raced well in debut but off that line will be horrifically overbet.
Race 3- 1) Heidi's Holiday is tough to take at a short price but race will once again set up for her and she does have talent, just can't wait till she finds a field with one speed.
Race 4- 3) Liquid Lunch has shown beautiful speed in all dirt starts and now switches to turf with Irish breeding on the sire's side. Love this type for a surface switch.
Race 5- 3) Regal Strike must have issues and needs time between races. Gets that, Dominguez stays, barn is on a roll, and is back to the level of last win with the ability to rate and with all the speed signed on, it's either gun, which I prefer, or sit. Either way.
Race 6- 7) Thetrainwasgone has right dirt style for switch to turf. Problem is, there's a killer if Linda decides to run 1) Talmadge Hill off two days. He brings in the z pattern off great effort on off turf Sunday. Likely winner if in. Toss the mate.
Race 7) 4) Tucker's Point gets the ito trainer change and barn has done everything right thus far except with their firsters. Working like a killer.
Race 8- First of all, 1) Some Legend and 10) Legions Star should kick their trainers in the teeth for even entering these poor beasts. As for wagering, 4) Caution Sign is light years better than this field off ridiculous trip against winners upstate. Rebounds barring an accident.
Race 9- 1) Shipmaker drops in for a tag and is first time lasix on grass. Should resort to off the pace tactics considering the opposition.
13) Twigazuri Strait is definitely the right horse if in. Has run well in all turf starts, is above purchase price, and goes for patient trainer. Easily graduation day if she draws in but few have been scratching from these events.
