Seems like Shanghai Bobby got all the positives and oh by the way Palace Malice will run in the La Derby. Maybe John can fill in seemingly what was not mentioned

PLETCHER HORSES WORK AT PALM MEADOWS

Shanghai Bobby and Palace Malice, two top 3-year-olds trained by Todd Pletcher, worked in company at Palm Meadows Sunday morning in advance of their next starts.

The duo put in a 5-furlong breeze, each timing out at 1:00.14. Ridden by John Velazquez, Pletcher was pleased with Shanghai Bobby's effort which was his fifth work in advance of his upcoming Florida Derby start.

"I think he's training as well as he was going into the Holy Bull, maybe better. He's a horse that's always run well, so we're not expecting him to all of a sudden change," Pletcher said. "We're hoping for more of what we've been seeing, and that's what we saw this morning."

Palace Malice was worked by Edgar Prado and is slated to run in the Louisiana Derby which, like the Florida Derby, is scheduled for Mar, 30.

Dogwood Stable and TAP camp's could not be any happier with PM condition. Edgar Prado said that he could have taken Shanghai Bobby at any time during the work on Sunday, but was told to work together so they would get more used to running side by side with other horses, which both will undoubtedly have to do when these next prep races go. Being under the radar is not a bad thing! Will work again on Sunday and then ship to NOLA.

John, thank you....you are absolutely correct by saying best to be under the radar. Let the horse "do the talking" on the race track..

Go Palace Malice (again)! Let's hope this Louisiana Derby thing works out. Glad to see that Rosie isn't on board this time, I think that improves our chances.
