As we all know I stepped out and made a $200 to a $100 bet with Mr. Dirtyshirt that Midnight Lucky will NOT be 1st or 2nd.
Looking over the race Asmussen's Countess Curlin has really done nothing wrong in her career and does a win over the track. As does the 8, they come out of the same race.
Pletchers filly looks like she's a need the lead type,
But finally my selection is Jeff Bondes Unusual Way. She has been in 6 straight stakes races.
So I'll be exacta boxing 1/3 and 1/6. Then trifectas 1/3-6/2-3-5-6-8
Sunland Derby: my pick is 8/2-4-5-7 and a WP bet on Mudflats. If you watch the replay he had some issues in the San Vincente. With a cleaner trip he wins.
