They have FINALLY caught this low-life scumbag. 60 days for milk shaking.

He should be banned for life.

Mandy Ness or Cory Jensen will be "training" for him. But of course he will probably be appealing.

Just ban his ASS for life, he is actually worse than Dutrow.

The so called Vet he uses carries the stuff around, that's why every time he gets raided nothing is ever found. Will keep updating

    Milkshaking---Really?

Nobody has tried that in years. A 10th grade chemistry lab can test for that!

Last time I looked Ness had a sizeable stable of Mid-West Thoroughbreds horses. Does he train for anyone else?

Yes milkshaking, 99% of his horses with MidWest.

Never said he was smart. Can't wait to see what happens to the Vet.

He's certainly not stupid as you imply. My "guess" is that he has a much bigger problem with tax evasion, should he get caught. He's made more money than god gambling. This guy runs a sharp operation, and his "vet" isn't at all 6 tracks he runs horses daily.

Not doubting your story about suspension, but he's neither fool, nor low-life scumbag. He's a businessman of the highest degree.

Ahhh Mr. Dirtyshirt this story will be ALL over DRF and Bloodhorse in the AM. But you guys heard it here first.
About him not being a " low-life scumbag" well if he's been cheating the betting public which you and I are, then he is just that. We put our money down on drugged up horses of his how can we win??

For him being a businessman well if you like to hang out with people like him, then you get what you deserve. Famous old quote: if you sleep with dogs you get fleas.

Finally it's true his Vet can't be at all his tracks, but his "vets" can all communicate with each other.
    They do have cell phones....

When this is all done, Ness will be banned for life....

Bill Finley on ESPN Horseracing writes a great story about suspensions. Please read it.

Also, please don't act like this is inside info. This is all over Twitter, and you've provided no information outside of that. "Friend" of steward makes allegation. Not saying it's true or false, in fact, thanks for the heads up, but just don't start with the inside info bullshit on us.

    @backsidetips for anybody thinking otherwise.
