2013 Preakness stakes

So here is my question, I'm putting funds down on some horses In the Preakness stakes, I'm an amateur when it comes to betting i usually bet on horses to win, So here goes, first off, I'm not putting any money down on Orb as yes he might have a chance to win but his odds are so low i would not get anything in return.So i need to find the best horse with the smartest jockey,I'm really liking Oxbow and Governor Charlie due their odds not being to low and i red somewhere that they are sleeper horses in the sense don't count them out they have a good chance to win.So what's everyone's opinion's? i'm wanting to try to win the big bucks and i have 120 dollars to work with, Iv'e never bet a trifecta or a trifecta box as i like the horse to flat out win and not have to worry about them coming in second and such.So who is a great all around jockey and an all around good sprinter of a horse?Also what horse does best on a wet track.
