The pick 4 will pays at Emerald Downs indicate something very fishy with the 5 in the last. The second choice is paying a little less than a third of the favorite. Suspect, unless somebody made a huge straight bet and got lucky.

    He sucked. But my bigger question is how does this place stay in business? There's like $20,000 in all the pools combined. It's gonna make a great home for Gary Stevens, who should have never lost on Nechez Dawn today.
