Monmouth 10th race spill 9/28/2013

Anyone have any information on the horses involved in this spill, HOV Lane and Flatout Royal? According to the result chart, Flatout Royal broke down and HOV Lane tripped over him and fell. I was at the track, and they replayed the spill from a few different angles. HOV Lane got right up and seemed to be fine; Flatout Royal went under the rail. The sheet went up shortly after that. I'm assuming he was destroyed? Nothing announced at the track. Checked MTH facebook page and there was no news there. The jocks are apparently fine. Just curious if anyone knows the fate of the two horses.

    That might be tough to ascertain, as the tracks generally try to sweep those things under the rug. You kight find a footnote in the track notes page on the Monmouth website (assuming there is one).
