Breeders Futurity

I'm looking at the Saturday (10/5/12) card for Keeneland, the Dixiana Breeders' Futurity G1, in particular. I like #6, Solitary Ranger in the race, but I can't help looking at #11 Ready for Action.
Ready for Action has had three very fast works in September, was second last out (99K stakes), but won the two before. Those wins were at a much lower class, but this is a race for two year olds, so most of the horses have been running at a lower class. His speed ratings are close to most of the other horses in the race. Morning line is 50-1. Anybody got an idea why the race steward doesn't like this horse?
50-1 can't be right, can it?
