In Race 7 @ Hollywood today, Baffert has a Henny Hughes colt (#2 Chitu, 5/2 ml) that worked the fastest quarter at the March Ocala sale (see article below).

I'm actually trying to beat him here, but just a heads-up. Looks like he's been training very well recently, too.

Huge kick. All the "real" horses should be coming out in the next 2 or 3 months.

Chitu and Midnight Hawk might be in the gate on the 1st Saturday in May, but their are tosses on my end. Midnight Hawk is at best a miler and that has been proven in his last two. Chitu carried his speed longer today and congrats to him, but he wants no part of a 1 1/4 in 40 days. These two today were so rubber leg down the lane I felt bad for them. If Commissioner won't of broke slow and then stumbled, it would of been a much closer race down the lane. TAP was lucky yesterday with We Miss Artie and today he was unlucky with the better of the two colts at Sunland Park. Moving on!!!

This race didnt' take much out of him, he didn't break and was taken back by Jr. and made a nice sustained run down the lane to finish 3rd, their are no world beaters in Ark at this time. I'm real curious how Tapiture is going to run in the Ark Derby!! All eyes on Assman that day!!
