Del Mar Wednesday--2yo's

Got some interesting info today about a firster going in Race 6.

#3 Dallas Skyline, 12-1

Seems he was RNA for $245k at the sale and breeder Mulholland cut a private deal with Cody Autrey, who offered him to his top two clients. Arkie car dealer Landers was not interested--probably due to price--but maybe because of his likelihood of being a weeds runner. Goes to longtime Autrey clients James Driver. Debut going one mile on the killer turf course(just kidding--Mike Smith says that there is not a damn thing wrong with the Delmar turf). He has some good works over at Los Al, but seems to have gotten even better when switched to the DM poly. A good sign for a turf runner. Kent D. in the saddle.

O'Neill has one who will be hammered. 2nd timer who showed closing speed in debut going short.

I have no idea who he has been working with or anything else other than idle talk from those close to Landers and Autrey. But at 12-1--maybe worth a play?

Kent's riding great, but isn't the anchor autrey's go to for a live one?

You would know that better than me. When Autrey came south to Oaklawn last winter, he brought along Norberto Arroyo Jr

Guess what???----Norberto Arroyo, according to Equibase, has not had a mount since April 12, 2014(Arkansas Derby Day).

What the hell has happened to him?

"The Anchor" gets on a firster for "A" Hole Jeff Mullins. PapacoolPapacool, has great turf breeding, but only brought $14k at yearling sale and other than a 3f blowout last week, works are below ordinary???
