    Anyone else hearing Texas Red OFF for good now, I received a text yesterday that someone overheard Kent D. commit to Prospect Park after yesterdays race. I've text two other's to no avail on the clarity.

    I just spoke with someone regarding this issue and per Kent's agent, he's not committed to any one horse as of now. He will make his mount decision for the KY Derby after the last prep's he's riding in coming weeks.

    This Texas Red announcement was about as anti-climatic as it it gets. Did anyone really think he was going to make the Derby. I think we ruled him out here well over a month ago.

    Agree, I couldn't believe he was bet down pass 2-1 on Risen Star day. One of the worst favorites I have seen in a long time.

    If this is a LEGIT FEVER, then IMO he's not in the gate on the 1st Saturday in May. This is just bad for 21 days out!! I don't see him running, if he misses any sort of time, he's out!
