A Really Good Cocktail Drink!

1.5 oz. Don Julio Anejo Tequila
1.5 oz. Tamarind Puree
1.5 oz. fresh lime juice
1 scoop ice
"Tajin" for salting glass
Wedge of lime
Put all in a shaker, shake, and enjoy. A really good Margarita, also known as a Margarindo Tamarind Margarita.
Another good one runs today at Oaklawn race 6. F & M 3 up going 1 1/16, $61k

Local clockers really like this one! Hurt as a promising 3yo but has come back looking like a good one. Good string of works over the OP strip and a gate work going 5f. Her breeding is long on stamina so she should start going when the rest start getting tired and shortening stride. 9/2 is very generous and should be fairly accurate, but watch the tote for action. If she gets hammered, go deep and stick around the windows!
