1. I fucking hate when when trainers of habitually slow animals say "they need more distance." When people tell me this about a horse at Santa Anita, I reply something like "yeah, like 300 miles, where Golden Gate is."

2. Baffert and Zayat are two real pieces of shit. Unfortunately, American Pharoah is the prettiest moving horse I've even seen in person. Really torn about wanting him to win.

3. So many good races today all over, with huge prices having legit chances.

    I'm a big fan of Ron Ellis in the last today at SA. Borderline CNL IMO.
