I heard PVAL might be back in the irons soon. People have problems, I've done worse...

    From paulick report:

    Patrick Valenzuela’s attempt to return to riding in California was turned down by the California Horse Racing Board after a hearing officer cleared him to ride. The CHRB voted in a closed session on July 17 to reject the decision by the hearing officer. The Board will hear the matter formally in a future closed session and make its decision public.



    I bet he gets a couple more shots. Both Flores' are still in the saddle...
