He is one of my all time favorites.
My Parents visit Old Friends often and contribute to the benevolent work that is offered there. May he graze in beautiful pastures.

I was happy to see him come back..it's scary to see him go over there cause you here a lot of bad stories..

Here he is winning the K.D. in good fashion.
Although I had him in the Il.Derby,I had to go with Medaglia' that year.
And eventhough I lost a nice piece on Medaglia,I was a War Emblem fan after the K.D.

And btw,a huge overlay at 21/1! I wanted to kick my own butt for letting him get pass me that day,but my legs weren't long enough.Medaglia' ran well,just not well enough for me to cash.

I've read they took excellent care of him there.
But I get what you're saying R.P. He's in great company now,another of my favorites is at Old Friends also,Silver Charm. May they both live out the rest of their lives in peace.
