Overseas maiden import for Mandella here. You guys may remember me saying in the past that Mandella has a proven tendency to work his well-thought-of horses either 7 furlongs or a mile. This one fits that bill. Expecting a good run here.

    Was much best. Poorly ridden after slow start. Santiago slowly becoming the only kid you can trust.

    King will bust me for this, but Tyler Baze cost me big time today ! The 2rd he was on a 3/5 easy the best and he sat motionless till a 30-1 shot went w2w. diodoro runner.

    Looked best on the backstretch, looked nice making the move, then was suddenly getting pushed on coming off the turn (while drifting wide). Think the hop/steady at the break and then the lost ground on the turn combined to lose him the race.

    Btw, did you guys notice the big bet on the winner on the last flash of the board?
