Am i being paranoid??

ive been playing poker on bovada, my original deposit was through my bank account and now have used a credit card also. i have cashed out 500 $ a few times but i live in california. where it is illegal.. if the bank asks where this money is coming from, or irs what can i say?

    You're fine with bank. I r s would only be an issue if some bored agent reads this post.
