Class Hierarchy Help

What is the correct hierarchy for the 4 race classes below?

Allowance
Starter Allowance
Optional Claiming
Starter Handicap

    Allowance/Optional Claimer are pretty much interchangeable. Optional claimers can be higher class on occasion though.

    Starter Allowance at the bottom. Generally horses who won a restricted maiden race or maiden claimer.
