Arrogate set track record @ Gulfstream

Race was mis-timed. I've seen multiple sources saying that the actual time of the race was 1:46 4/5.

    Just saw they raised Arrogate's Pegasus Beyer from 116 to 119 because of the time change.

    My question is, if the new time is faster by almost a full second (4/5's), how does the Beyer Figure only move 3 points? I've always known Beyers are pretty much useless, but are they kidding right now? A 4-length difference is only worth 3 Beyer points? Just another piece of evidence that Beyer Figures shouldn't be taken seriously.

    Beyer speed figures are part of a Jewish conspiracy to steal our money.
