explain pick 6 santa anita

it had carry over of like 100,000 for today,, yet it only paid $745 today? now it says has carry over for friday aprli 14,, of 133,000......so how does this work? if it had carry over for today of plus 100,000 why did it not pay the 100,000....why does it say it only paid 745?

    I think they only pay out the entire pool if there's a single winning ticket.
