Friday's Pimlico Stakes Action

First off just want to give you all a heads up on this weekends action at Pimlico. It's flat out HORRIBLE racing card. I really can't belive the past two undercards we have had to play on Derby Day and now on Preakness Day you can thank that for two reason Breeding and Fake tracks. You don't have near the Cali shippers as the past years and Darley purchases all the top colts and filles and now all we have is a bunch of glorified Alw horses in running in Graded races. You have 5 horses in the Grade 1 Preakness that are eligble for non-winners of 1!!! Well onto todays card very subpar.
The oddsmaker at Pimlico is flat out horrible, I remember the year Charsmatic won the Preakness I loved a horse in the sprint race and he was listed at 10-1 on the m.l. and I told my buddies this oddsmaker is just plan nuts to post a 10-1 on this colt well he goes off at 4/5-1 and wins hands down but for some reason if anyone can remember I will send you a horse hat of your choice if available through my selections of hats if you are the first one to email me the answer was dropped to the favorite.

Adena Stallions' Miss Preakness S. (G3) - What a joke of a Grade 3 race, only 1 horse in this field has even run in a graded race on dirt, only one other horse has ran in a stakes race. This race looks so easy on paper as the two fav should run 1-2 and I can't see anyone else even in there league.

Woodlawn S.- Well another race that looks too easy to be true on paper, Hatta Fort should circle these colts easily to get his first victory in the states. Prussian is looking for a firm turf and will be real tough on hard weeds as he was scratched out of a race Oaks card as the track came up soft and ran in a race off the turf on Keenland opening day. His first two races on firm weeds were strong and ever since then has had bad luck getting back to firm ground. He might scratched again today if the track in soft, but they are needing to get a race into him

I have been find of BSharpSonata this year and I truly think the two week turn around and she is tailing off a bit in my opinion. This filly is very tough and just look what has happend each time she goest from TURF to DIRT two easy victories and I see the same happening again today as we get GO-GO in the saddle and he will make a nicely time move to mow them down, I hope Robby Abboie don't beat me to the finish line on my home town horse that has beat Eight Bellese and ran right behind Proud Spell and Indian Blessing at the Grounds.

Well we catch a nice tri and super in the Blackeyed Susan and Gotcha Gold gets caught at the wire. I will be back tomorrow morning with all the Preakness Stakes action. Going to try and see how the track is early on.
