2ND CHURCHILL DOWNS---#1 BLACK COW 4/1
Take a look 3 back,figure times, and this horse has the best Early and Closing speed of the others.Ran 2nd in last at 5/1. Mena gets call again who has won 2 of 10 {20%} for Binder. The horse is dropping in PURSE, 3rd race off a layoff with 3 workouts since last race, a positive,with latest being the best. Has to break well from the gate to have any chance. Horses are winning at a 4% clip out of the #1 hole in the 5.5f dashes on the dirt at CD.
