Hello Justin,

I Dont believe that Richard Should Be DQed, if the orginal horse was not scratched it should be counted, and if the horse was scratched it should be not counted either way, because I believe your are not allowed to chance a pick once posted, and are allowed a scratch but since didnt meet the 5 minutes should be a no count, but I didnt ready anything about this beeing a disqualification.....

P.S. His reasoning wasnt the greatest for wanting to pick the horse in the first place, and even worse with his change pick! !! ! ! LOL

But to be fair I think he should be good to go!

Yes, he can stay in the contest, but he gets zero for that pick.

I looked at the rules , the 3rd "sticky down" and it has Delaware, I should have looked at the contest pick thread for this week. and seen the active tracks. Sorry about that..
