why is MONMOUTH PK.NOT INTHE CONTEST!

i think better bets using monmouth park than.. that WV track..I think others would like to have
Monmouth park...Can you please use the better of too tracks!!

    I think the reason he tried the WV track this time is becuse it runs at night after most of these tracks are over. Adds a different flavor to the contest
