betting site error!!!

I have posted here time to time..I got a question.I use brisbet aka twinspires now..Last night at the meadowlands.I got their scratches..they have a profit line you can use..well in race 7 # 5JET SET VINNY was listed scratched..when betting my rolling pic three's and pic 4's.I could not use him..Now the race is up..my wife ask me why i dont the favorie in my ticket's I say I do the one horse #1 thisonesforruthie..she reply's no the five is the favorie..I say he is scracthed..she say come in here and look at the screen..I have wriiten twin spire's about this ..What other use's do I have to help me???ty sk sokzy
